Day 57 - My little scientists & Birth Family Search...

Today the girls decided they wanted to "conduct an experiment." Hummm. Not sure where that came from, but if my little scientists need to experiment...who am I to stand in their way? :o)

First they thought about exactly what they wanted to accomplish...
All they really knew is that they wanted to use the food coloring :o) Haha!
Finally...a plan was hatched :o)
They got the cupcake pan, filled it with water and proceeded to mix colors together...
They thought it would be a good idea to stir the colored water with toothpicks :o)
They had a ball watching the water turn different colors.
Somehow little squezzers got involved.
That's when the experiment took a serious turn :o) Haha!
Next, rocks and a salad tongs. How long do I stand by quietly and watch? I can admit I was getting a little nervous :o)
Honestly, I was never into science so what do I know? They may be on the cusp of discovering something great here :o)
Whatever they are working on takes a lot of team work...
And concentration...
After several hours and lots of discussion, here you go...the next great discovery :o)
On a positive note, we are so ready to dye Easter eggs!

While the girls were hard at work, I played with this little bundle of joy. His giggling is going to be the end of me :o)
And finally this little rascal got up from her nap...
Something clicked with my baby today and she decided to start repeating words...lots of them!!!!!!!!!!! Whoo hoo!!!!!!!!!!

GUESS WHAT? Our investigator in Vietnam contacted us and set a date to travel to Ninh Thuan (the province Sophie Le was born)!! I am so excited. Thank you so much to those of you that commented and emailed me questions to ask her birthmother. I really hope we get answers to most or all of our questions!!! Of course, I will keep you updated :o)

So cute! Ramsey loves to have experiments in his bathroom sink! Lots of soaps, water, lotions, you know, very wasteful, but very occupying! Precious girls and boy!
