Day 365 - I Made It...365 days in a row!!!

Whoo hoo!!!! Thank you to everyone that has joined our family's journey through 2010. It is pretty amazing to look back and see how our family spent each day of 2010. It's been a pretty great year :o)

This is the first year in recent memory, that we have had the same four children living under our roof...beginning to end :o) Haha! I am ready (and a little nervous...haha) to see what God has in store for our family in 2011. We are so thankful for all of the blessings He has bestowed upon us in 2010.

We started our day with some fierce competition on Wii Dance and then hubby and I snuck out to the garage to assemble one of Sophie Le's Christmas presents.

She was SO EXCITED when she came outside and saw the pink, four wheeler sitting in the driveway. It was like Christmas all over again :o)

Our normally very cautious child, let loose and had a ball riding around the yard on her new toy.

Sweet girl!

Her sisters kinda like her new ride too :o)

After the initial excitement wore off, I had to stop the girls and put their helmets on :o) I tried to be laid back...it didn't work...haha!

After Hillary Ashton gave her a quick ride, Julianne ran into the garage and got her mini four wheeler :o)

The girls then decided to try out all of their wheels :o) The temperature was perfect today!

Her pink t-ball helment is getting some use after all :o)

While the girls were riding around, we got a few surprise visitors...

Not sure where they came from or why they decided to come to our house to visit, but the girls LOVED them :o)

We looked them up on the internet...they are called guineas.

They made a very distinct sound. Hillary Ashton ran into the house and got her duck call so she could communicate with them properly :o)

Then it was time for a camp out...

We are finishing up the day with stuffed crust pizza, a camp out in the living room and a couple redbox movies. Not sure if we'll make it to midnight...but luckily the girls don't care what time the clock says...they are just excited about the new year :o)

As far as blogging in 2011...not sure what my plans are :o) I may be back tomorrow...I may not :o)

I will miss seeing what's those beautiful kids of yours are doing if you desire not to blog every day! But I understand how hard it is - yet, you have documented life where it will always be there for you and them to look back at. Wish there had been blogging when my kids were little!
