Anyways, so tonight I went into the pantry and stood there for awhile...like everyday :o) I finally decided on spaghetti. We all love spaghetti. Good choice. I took the jar of spaghetti sauce out of the pantry and sit it on the counter. And for only reasons God knows, I changed my mind. I returned the jar of spaghetti sauce to the pantry. WHY OH WHY did I change my mind...ugg!
So our day continued...we had a yummy supper,Hillary Ashton finished her homework and we all played a quick game. It was then a very special time in our house...bedtime :o) haha! So, I picked up my sweet, sweet baby Jonah while the girls all ran upstairs to put on their pajamas. I decided to stop by the pantry to get a couple Butterfingers (shhh...don't tell the kids...I always get candy before bedtime...ha!). While I was grabbing the candy bars, my sweet, sweet baby grabbed the spaghetti jar off of shelf (the ONLY glass jar in the entire pantry) and...

That red sauce (and tiny pieces of glass) splattered all over everything...a HUGE package of napkins, a six pack of paper towels, the wall, the door, a printer that I store in the pantry, juice bottle, soda bottles, vacuum, etc, etc, etc...
Yea! Just the mess I wanted to see at bedtime.
Oh how I wish we would had Spaghetti for dinner tonight.

Uh Oh! Sorry for the mess, but I appreciated the story! ;-)
At least you got something to say. I got nothing these days.... Blogging every day is HARD!
I love that you grabbed the camera BEFORE you grabbed any towels to clean up :)
Ohhhh. :( I so understand! I feel like it's a mess-a-minute around here to clean up! Last week when we were doing the bird seed pine cones, Lex spilled the bowl of birdseed and I tell you that stuff rolled into every crack and corner within 20 feet!
I'm with Dianna though--so funny that you grabbed the camera first! :)
Have a good night!
Oh...so sorry...what a mess. And, at bedtime! Double sorry!!! Hopefully you have another jar of spaghetti for tomorrow night!
I, too, loved that the camera came to your mind first! And, I always save the junk food for after the boys go to bed! Thanks for the shout out. It really has taken the stress out of meal planning! I felt like I woke up thinking about what was for dinner!
Awww..that STINKS! Glad I chose to make spaghetti tonight or it could've been ME! HAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHA Seriously though...I'm sorry. The glass thing gets me. I always worry that there is more glass no matter how much I clean.
oh no! Bummer!!!
I hate trying to figure out what to have for dinner too, but the worst part is trying to plan ahead at the grocery store, ugh!!!
Yuck! So sorry! I had a similar evening. I let the dog out right before bed and when I let her back in I discovered she had stepped in her own poo! It was caked in her nails and everything. That was NOT what I wanted to clean right before bed. UGH. :)
