Day 109 - Another Visit & Squirters...

Today did not start out very well. Baby Boy had a scheduled visit and transportation came to pick up . When I saw the lady, I was relieved it was the same person as last week...consistency is usually a good thing. However, the lady was beyond rude, confrontational and thought she was above following the rules of our church. I am sure you can agree that it is hard enough to let "your child" get into the car with someone you don't know...foster, adopted, bio, whatever, but then for that person to have a horrible attitude definitely does not help the situation. But you know what, I had no other choice. He isn't legally ours...he belongs to the state. Today was the first day I really felt that and it was not a good feeling.

Baby Boy's caseworker reported that he had a good visit...praise the Lord. I really, honestly want him to have good visits. I do not want Baby Boy to be uncomfortable or scared during his visits. However, when he came back, he was very clingy...I am sure that is normal. I am pretty sure he is just having a hard time figuring out what is going on these days.

By the time carpool rolled around, he really needed to be held and reassured. So we played a few games while we waited for school to let out...

"Where's Baby Boy?"
You know, boys like to play dress up too. Haha!

When we got home, he crashed. In fact, I had to wake him up at 6:30 for supper!

This girl...
...had a MUCH better day today! Whoo hoo! We celebrated with a trip to Wal-Mart for a few prizes, popsicles and {of course} a bowl of olives :o)

The girls couldn't wait "to get" their sisters with their new toys :o)
She may look innocent...but you better watch out...she knows how to handle a water squirter :o)
Run Sweet Pea!

I have been trying to give this one a lot of extra attention lately...
...she doesn't seem to mind at all :o)
