Day 118 - Insurance & Soccer...

The insurance adjuster came out today to assess the damage. He is thinking Hubby's car will be totaled because of the damage under the hood :o( We are still hoping it can be repaired...we are having it towed to the body shop tomorrow so we should know something soon. We also got good news regarding the basketball goal, trampoline and screen porch door...all covered by our insurance! Whoo hoo!! As far as the trees, trees, trees...#$%#&%^$^@#&@! The guy that gave us an estimate yesterday to clean up the mess called today and DOUBLED his price...ugg!

I talked to Baby Boy's caseworker this some sad/heartbreaking news regarding his birth family. Things are never dull in foster care!

This evening, Sunshine had soccer practice, but her coaches didn't show up...hummmm. Luckily two of the moms took charge and the girls had a great practice.
The little kids had a ball running around the open field while big sister practiced.
Little Pumpkin LOVES chasing Baby Boy around :o) I think he kinda likes it too :o)

Sweet sisters!

WOW! I say leave the trees where they are and in the "off season" for tree hauling, call the guy up when he's hurting for money and make a deal. :) Are there any carpenters or manufacturers who would take the trees away for free and use them?
