Asian Eyes, Tulle & Snacks...Day 240

I am pretty sure this is inappropriate, but I just have to share. Little Pumpkin, who as you know is Asian, has recently decided making this face...

...is beyond hilarious. She says, "these are my Chinese eyes" and then laughs and laughs and laughs. I am always with her so I know she hasn't seen anyone do it...she just came up with it herself. It is completely innocent. I know I should probably tell her that it isn't polite or something along those lines, but I find the irony humorous.

I started a project for the big girls this afternoon...here is a sneak peek...

Any ideas of what it is?

I never really thought our snack/lunch routine was out of the ordinary, but a few people asked about it...I will do a post on it soon :o) It saves SO much time and energy throughout the week and the kids LOVE it!

Love your blog and I am not sure if I have ever commented or not. Love the Asian Eyes, and I totally understand the "should correct but it is so darn funny." My mom and I were discussing the fact that the lease on my car was almost up and I said that DH & I were thinking of leasing a Japanese car next. My son was listening and asked if Japanese cars had headlights like "this" and did the same eye thing as your daughter. I about died laughing.

Ooh, I can't wait to hear about your lunch/snack routine. I'm all about routines. Lorna starts MDO next week and I'm a little worried about packing a lunch. Loston's school lunches are so cheap and nutritious we just let him eat there. I'm out of practice!

I love your snack bag idea. As a homeschool mom, I can see where it would benefit me as my kids are always in the kitchen! So, please share! Cannot wait to see your newest project!!! Looks adorable!
