Christmas Gifts...

I don't know about you, but I am constantly keeping my eye out for possible gift ideas.  Not just them time of the year, but all year long!  Birthdays, Anniversaries, seems like I am always looking for a gift for some occasion. Kids are super easy to shop for (WAY too easy!), but adults are tough!

One way to make sure you don't buy them something they already have is to make them something!  If you have someone on your list that entertains a lot, how about a personalized drink dispenser?

All you need is a glass drink dispenser (I got mine from Target), contact paper, tape, foam brush, letter template and the star of the show...Armour Etch.

I got the Armour Etch from Hobby Lobby, but I think I've seen it at Wal-Mart too.

I used my (SUPER AWESOME) cricut to cut out a "fancy" letter A, the recipient's last name :o) You could use a snowman for Christmas, bunny for Easter, the possibilities are endless!

Once you have your letter cut out, put the negative space on the jar. Make sure you have it where you want it because once you apply the etching creme, there is no going back!

Next, apply the etching cream. I have two pieces of careful and be generous! It is a good idea to wear rubber gloves :o) Be sure to get the creme in all the little corners too :o) I left the creme on the glass for an extra fifteen minutes in addition to the time called for on the bottle just to make sure.

Completely rinse the creme off...

...remove the template and you're done!!!

Yay! Easy Gift!

What kinds of gifts are you making this Christmas?
