Have you tried lactaid? I used to be lactose intolerant, and you just chew one of the tablets before eating ice cream, etc. and it worked wonderful! I could eat ice cream and drink milk as much as I wanted! Then one day, I didn't have any more tablets and I decided I would eat ice cream anyways and I didn't get sick! My intolerance was gone!

So sorry for the delay on your adoption...I know you are ready! It does get tiring always having someone come into our home. Right now I would like to rearrange our kids bedrooms...but it would be out of code for them, and I don't want to mess anything up.

I just got back from dollar tree, and I stocked up bread products as well ;) I LOVE their tortillas from their...about $2 cheaper than anywhere else, and a lot less sodium. I also buy lasagna noodles from there...cheaper than the grocery store. I used to buy a lot of the snack things when my kids were in school.
